Returns Policy
If you make a purchase through e-trend.nl, you will receive a reflection period of 14 days. The reflection period starts the day after you receive your order. This period gives you the opportunity to inspect the product and the time to think about whether you want to keep or return the order.
Within the reflection period, you as the buyer have the right to cancel the purchase without giving a reason, provided that our return conditions described below are met.
Business customers unfortunately cannot make use of the right of withdrawal.
Conditions:

Return requests must be reported to us within the reflection period of 14 days after receiving your order. The return process described below must be followed for this.

During the reflection period, you must handle the product and the packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product.

Additional options taken are outside the scope of the return. The related costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Purchase amount incl. shipping costs (order) will be refunded by e-trend Computers & IT.

The shipping costs of the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns can only occur after prior approval by e-trend Computers & IT.

When returning your purchase, you must clearly state the return number on the shipping documents. Returns without a valid and clearly stated return number will not be accepted.

The risk and the proof of shipping rest with the buyer. The buyer bears all responsibility regarding the products that are returned.

Products must be returned to e-trend complete with all supplied accessories (such as cables, packaging materials, etc.) in their original condition and packaging.

e-trend reserves the right to charge costs if a product or accessory has been damaged through use.

It is not possible to exchange a product for another product through the return process. For this, you can place a new order at e-trend.nl.
- Extra options that are chosen as options such as the office package are not eligible for return and the amount will be deducted from the total amount.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
Return process / [Register return shipment]

Submit your return request via our Contact Form within 14 days of receiving your order with us.
- 'After receiving a return request, it will be assessed by us.'
- Upon receipt of the approval, return the product complete with all supplied accessories in the original and undamaged packaging. If the shipment is incomplete, damaged, or described, we cannot accept it.
- 'We do NOT provide return labels. The customer sends the package back mentioning the order number to our address: kanaalstraat 223, 3531 CH Utrecht'
- Keep the shipping receipt you receive from the carrier until you have received confirmation that we have received your return shipment, so you can prove that you indeed returned the order.
- When we have received the return shipment, we will send you a confirmation email.
- If the products are received in good order, you will receive the refund within 14 days. This starts from the moment you have indicated that you wish to return!
Refunds
Refunds are made to the bank account (for payments via iDeal) to pay for the original order. This is to prevent any potential fraud with refunds.
